| Ship backgrounds are backgrounds and wallpapers of ships, boats, yachts and other “water vehicles”. Ship is one of the first human vehicles. Actually the first ships were created more than ten thousand years ago. The oldest ship hull found is from the ancient Egypt. Many ancient civilizations improved the concept, for example Greeks came up with their big and fast Triremes. Water transport began very important in the medieval age and is still the only cheap intercontinental transport nowadays. Warships are ships created for war purposes, the warships are usually much bigger and heavily armed. There are many types of warships, every type has its own name. The best known warships are cruisers, destroyers, corvettes, aircraft carriers, assault ships, frigates and underwater submarines. SCI-FI spacecrafts usually use the same type names.
